Looking for a fun, safe and exciting environment for your child this summer? We have what you want- and what your kids want. Travel back in time at the Macpherson House for an unique adventure. Campers will enjoy 4 weeks of themed activities focused on early life of 1800’s.

Treasures Old and New Silent AuctionVisitors touring the Allan Macpherson House, as well as members of the public, have an opportunity to support the house through an ongoing silent auction. Varied items consisting of jewellery, china, art, pottery, and housewares will be on display throughout the house May -September. Some of the items are buy-it-now priced, and others have long or short closing dates. Come on in and take a look the house is open for tours Tues-Sat 10-4pm. Summer is on its Way!Well the warm weather is finally here and the Macpherson House is planning new and exciting programs & activities for the summer. Some of the new events include a Mother's Day Tea, bread making and basket making workshops, and a family fishing day. We will be also hosting our annual traditions the Strawberry Social, Pipes in the Garden, and our Cream Tea afternoons. The Macpherson House is also pleased to announce our summer camps are back again this year. There will be two weeks in July and August where children will learn about early pioneer life and their environment. Check out our calendar of events for dates and details.
